A Message From Festival Director
Persian International Film Festival brings the best of Iranian cinema and Persian-speaking filmmakers from their global diaspora to Australia. I work with a dedicated team who are equally passionate about film and our goal is to deliver a Festival that challenges and delights our audience. We also create a forum beyond Sydney and tour the festival nationally to major cities and regional New South Wales. Through Film, Persian International Film Festival brings people together, crosses cultural divides and creates a space to share a universal language.
To enrich our program and achieve ongoing success we need your help. By making a tax deductible donation in film culture you will ensure that Australians get to experience the wonders of Persian cinema and share this rich cultural heritage. Your support will introduce diverse audiences to the Festival for future generations. Together we would be able to nurture and introduce our emerging film talent to one of the most prominent cinematic cultures in the world and by bringing international guests to our shores inspire our audiences.
As a Patron I look forward to sharing the world of Persian-speaking cinema with you; insights into my annual search for diverse Persian voices from across the globe. I invite you to join me to experience Persian International Film Festival and contribute to our success.
